Transport Planner (Summer Temporary Position) – ICA DE Helsingborg

Do you want to contribute to creating conditions for successful sales in Sweden's ICA stores? With us at Transport South & West, you will plan and secure distribution to stores in southern Sweden. You will be part of a team of about 60 employees at Långeberga in Helsingborg.

About the job as Operational Transport Planner

• Plan distribution to ICA stores in southern Sweden.
• Book/cancel transport resources and manage tactical tasks.
• Ensure transport planning according to applicable agreements.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Maintain daily contact with contractual partners, warehouse operations, customer support, and stores.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Very good communication skills and pedagogical language in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and other Office packages.
• University degree in logistics or equivalent experience (meritorious).

Meritorious: Experience from service professions, knowledge of delivery plans and ICA Sweden's infrastructure, as well as experience from the transport industry.

What happens now?

Employment type: Temporary employment, until 2026-08-31 at the latest.

Working hours: Full-time in two shifts between 06:00–23:00 and weekends.
